Puppy Kindergarten
4 weeks Private Instruction

For puppies 8 weeks to 6 months old.
Puppies learn social skills such as bite inhibition, proper play and greeting
behavior, and their place in the human "pack". Humans learn leadership skills,
proper pet care including house training and crate training tips, and receive
advice on bonding and building a relationship with their new pet. Also covered
are fundamental puppy skills such as walking on a loose leash, coming when
called, sit and down on command.
Clicker training is used in all puppy classes, for quick, exciting results. Your
precious pup will be acting like a big dog by the end of the first class! (see

Problem behaviors such as jumping up, chewing, nipping, and house soiling are
addressed.
Puppy kindergarten is intended to prepare your pup for the
life of learning that lies ahead, but should not be the only
class your puppy takes. Graduates from puppy class go
on to Essential Skills, as a group class or
private lessons.
